What happens next
Reports are reviewed by authorized staff. Reports involving possible sexual exploitation, grooming, threats, abuse or child endangerment are flagged as critical child safety cases, are restricted to authorized safety personnel, and follow our internal escalation procedures, including escalation to appropriate authorities where legally required or otherwise appropriate. Possible outcomes include a warning, restrictions, hiding a profile, disabling messaging, suspension, or a permanent ban.
Blocking
When you block a family, their profile disappears from your results, any introduction is closed, messaging is disabled, and future recommendations exclude them.
